He drives a Tesla and shows us how you can drive without touching the steering wheel if you clamp on little things to the wheel to make the car think your hands are on it. Our host drove us further south that morning and let us off here. Salome was sorrowful because she received terrible news, and she played music to help her heart. I feel limitations falling away, and our goal very close at hand. I'm feeling so romantic at this moment, like this must be the best it ever gets? This is a thought that makes me both happy and sad at the same time. But these people I trust absolutely and love so much, exercising some exquisite freedom as the sun sets in southern Spain. We started working at the same hostel in Tbilisi on the same day, and that night we took a jacuzzi bath drinking Saperavi wine and smoking the cigarettes she would roll for us. Nastya and I spend our next two days off in Borjomi where I swear the trees reflect the light a little more silver. She keeps telling me about the bears and it's a big joke, but I'm nervous anyway. Borjomi has famous volcanic mineral water, we drink it right from the spring. She told me that Tchaikovsky once went to Borjomi for its healing waters. Transferring in Casablanca in the night felt very dangerous, it was dark and there were only men and many of them were yelling at me. I felt real fear but was fine, and cried on the bus as we were driving out. A friend I had met previously in Granada spoke with his hostel in Esso, and even though I was arriving at 4am there was a hostel worker who would meet me at the city gates and check me in. It's refreshing to talk to someone who shares similar thoughts and philosophies as me, I feel less like a weirdo, or rather more able to be myself around the similarly weird.
